Travels details

Day 1 : Singapore

Depart Singapore as you cross Malaysia via the causeway over the Straits of Johor. Enjoy the passing scenery as lunch is served in the restaurant. After a relaxing afternoon, dress for dinner and enjoy a drink in the Bar Car with its resident pianist.

Day 2 : Butterworth-Penang-Georgetown

After breakfast depart to Butterworth to the isle of Penang. Guided tour of Georgetown, including a partly visit by trishaw. Enjoy lunch on board. View the fascinating ever changing scenery from the Observation Car. Enjoy your aperitif and/or a drink after dinner in the piano-bar. Overnight on board.

Day 3 : Kwai-Bangkok

Following breakfast enjoy an excursion by boat along the River Kwai and its famous bridge. Lunch on board before arrival in Bangkok mid-afternoon.
